Elenita (Neth) Daño and Jim Thomas are the current co-Executive Directors of the ETC Group . ETC Group is small independent  international research and advocacy collective that tracks the impacts of emerging technologies and  corporate concentration on the rights of marginalised peoples, on food systems, biodiversity and traditional communities. In the context of Covid19 ETC Group is working to spotlight how agribusiness and big data giants are seizing this moment to accelerate inequitable technologies and policies – and to show highlight the crucial role of teh peasant food web and food workers who are really helping communities through these interlocking crises.
